FIBERBOND®
High Temperature (HT) Series

FIBERBOND® High Temperature (HT) series is manufactured using a high-grade Novolac Epoxy Vinyl Ester thermosetting resin system, where glass fibers are helically wound onto a smooth rotating mandrel. The resulting pipe has a high chemical and corrosion resistance as well as excellent mechanical, physical, and thermal properties.

Product Range

FIBERBOND® High Temperature (HT) series pipes and fittings range from 1” (DN 25 mm) to 60” (DN 1500 mm) in diameter, in both standard and conductive, and can withstand pressures up to 10.3 Barg (150 Psig) and temperatures up to 121oC (250 oF).

FIBERBOND® High Temperature (HT) series includes two sub-series designed to meet high temperature performance requirements:

FIBERBOND® (110FW) – Suitable for pressures up to 10.3 Barg (150 Psig) and temperatures up to 121oC (250 oF).

FIBERBOND® (110FW-C) – Is identical to (110FW) sub-series, However, with the addition of having an electrically conductive exterior.

Applications

FIBERBOND® High Temperature (HT) series is the ideal pipe system for high temperature aggressive chemical services.

Typical applications include but not limited to:

  • High Temperature Process, Water, and Utility Service Lines.
  • High Temperature Chlorine Headers.
  • High Temperature Caustic Services and Acidic Lines.
