FLEXSTRONG® Standard Series

FLEXSTRONG® Standard series is manufactured using a thermoplastic High-Density Polyethylene (PE100) grade liner, reinforced by a helically wrapped tape containing continuous fiber (uni-directional) in a HDPE matrix, and protected by a thermo-plastic outer coating (or “jacket”). A flawless bond is ensured by the fully bonded reinforcement layer melt fusing with the liner. This results in a very robust, flexible light and corrosion resistant pipe, as well as excellent mechanical, physical, and thermal properties.

Product Range

FLEXSTRONG® Standard Series is available in diameters from 3” to 6”. Designed to withstand temperature ratings up to 65°C (150°F) and pressure ratings up to 1,875 psi. Higher pressure ratings can be availed upon request.

FLEXSTRONG® Standard series is the ideal pipe system for onshore Water, Energy and Oil & Gas applications. Typical applications include but not limited to:
