Hello, I'm Abdullah Al Saeed, and I currently serve as a KSA People & Culture Business Partner at FPI. I've had the privilege of being a part of this dynamic organization for the past 1.5 years. During my time at FPI, I've had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our mission and vision, and I'm excited to continue being a part of our team as we strive for excellence, innovation, and progress.

I would really advise the new joiners our company culture and values are a vital part of who we are, align your behavior and work ethic with these principles. Being a cultural fit is as important as your technical skills. The interview process was the most enlightening part of my journey. I had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with the hiring team and my management, who were not only interested in my qualifications but also in my aspirations and how they aligned with the company's mission. The emphasis on values and culture during the interviews made me excited about the possibility of becoming a part of the FPI team.

Country Head - Oman

Khalid Al-Araimi has accumulated 24 years of experience in the energy sector, working in various territories such as the UK, North Africa, the Middle East, and the GCC. In September, I joined FPI as the country head for Oman.

The vision of the company makes you feel that you are part of something big that is going to happen. The clear roadmap and the company's leadership trying to introduce a new culture are some of the best things about working for FPI.

My Advice to new recruits is to Take the time to get to know your colleagues and build positive relationships with them. Networking and collaborating with others can enhance your work experience and open opportunities for growth. Don't be afraid to take on new challenges and responsibilities, show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

My name is Brenda Lumanlan and I oversee the Global HSE function in FPI. I have been with the company for 5 months now. The best thing about working with FPI is the leadership support that I get and the ability to tap into different expertise from the large and well-experienced pool of talent across the globe. It’s very encouraging to work as you see the desire to improve is very evident especially in the aspect of health and safety. Khaled Kiblawi | P&C Business Partner – AUH and GEI

Hello, My name is Khaled Kiblawi and I am the P&C Business Partner for both Abu Dhabi and GEI units in UAE. I have been working with FPI for the last 1.5 years. Working at FPI is very enriching as you get exposed to so many various aspects of this industry we are working in.

Darlene RoMuayyad Ararah | Jordanian National | Production Manager - AUH

My Name is Muayyad Ararah , I am mechanical Engineer having around 13 years’ experience in fiber glass field ,Currently I am production manager for FPI AUH, I have worked for four companies in the field including FPI in different position . I have started my career as GRP Production engineer for 5 years then GRE Production manager for 1 year and then GRP Process Manager for 5 years at FPI technology and finally as GRP/ GRE Product Development Manager with Amiantit company.
