At Future Pipe Industries, we believe in empowering the next generation of engineering leaders. The Future Class Training Program is a testament to that vision, a transformative, hands-on experience designed to equip young talents with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive in a world-class manufacturing environment.

This year, we celebrate the graduation of the first-ever cohort of Future Class 2025, who completed the program in just 6 months, half the standard duration, a remarkable achievement that speaks to their dedication and drive.

Congratulations to our outstanding graduates:

• From Future Class Morocco:

Oualae Aouad, Achraf Aadnani and Mohammed Ramdani

• From Future Class Egypt:

Eyad Mohamed

Throughout this intensive program, these talented individuals rotated across departments, from production and engineering to supply chain and commercial strategy, gaining deep insights into industrial operations and sharpening their leadership capabilities. Their journey was not only about technical growth but also about building resilience, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose.

We are also proud to share that 11 more trainees are currently progressing through the same initiative, continuing the momentum of this impactful program.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Oualae, Achraf, Mohammed and Eyad for their dedication, passion, and outstanding achievements. You’ve made us proud, and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make at FPI Morocco and FPI Egypt.

This success would not have been possible without the unwavering support and vision of our leadership:

Maged Basta, CEO, for launching and championing this empowering initiative

Alaa Rawas, Country Manager Morocco, for his mentorship and guidance

• Salahedin Aly, GeoMarket Manager FPI Egypt, for his leadership

Mahmoud Seddek, mentor to Eyad in Egypt, for his support

• Micheline Abi Akar, Talent Acquisition Manager, for her care and dedication to the trainees’ experience

Charbel Maroun, GeoMarket Manager UAE and Adham Faraj, Plant Operations Senior Manager, for their leadership and trust throughout the program

• And the incredible People & Culture team, Mona Darwish, Fatma Saad, and Mohamad Fattouh, for their continued support and contribution to the program’s success

Together, we are shaping the future, one engineer at a time.
