WAVISTRONG® FIBERMAR® Conductive Series

WAVISTRONG® FIBERMAR® Conductive series is manufactured using a thermosetting resin system where glass fibers are impregnated with an aromatic or cycloaliphatic amine cured epoxy resin and helically wound onto a smooth rotating mandrel. The resulting pipe has a robust conductivity and external pressure-resistant (collapse) performance, chemical and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent mechanical, physical, and thermal properties.

Product Range

WAVISTRONG® FIBERMAR® Conductive series pipes and fittings range are available up to 56” (DN 1400 mm) in diameter, and designed to withstand pressures up to 16 Barg (323 Psig), external collapse pressures up to 50 meters water column (mwc), and temperatures up to 100oC (212 oF).

Applications

WAVISTRONG® FIBERMAR® Conductive series is the ideal pipe system for fluids and environments where static charges are built-up necessitating discharge through a conductive material.

The typical applications include but not limited to:

  • Ballast Water
  • Seawater Cooling/Heating
  • Seawater Intake Filters (Strainers)
  • Potable Water
  • Gland & Flushing (Dredgers)
  • Navy Ships Piping Network
  • Black and Grey Water
  • In-Tank Cargo Lines
  • Scrubber Units
