FIBERBOND®
Heavy Wall (HV) Series

FIBERBOND® Heavy Wall (HV) Series is manufactured using Polyester or Epoxy Vinyl Ester thermosetting resin systems, where glass fibers are helically wound onto a smooth rotating mandrel. The resulting pipe has a high chemical and corrosion resistance as well as excellent mechanical, physical, and thermal properties.

Product Range

FIBERBOND® Heavy Wall (HV) series pipes and fittings range from 1” (DN 25 mm) to 60” (DN 1500 mm) in diameter, in both standard and conductive, and can withstand pressures up to 14 Barg (200 Psig) and temperatures up to 65oC (150 oF).

FIBERBOND® Heavy Wall (HV) series includes a number of sub-series designed to meet various design and performance requirements:

FIBERBOND® (20HV) – Suitable for pressures up to 14 Barg (200 Psig) and temperatures up to 65oC (150 oF). This product sub-series is accredited with ABS, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register type approvals.

FIBERBOND® (20HV-D) – Suitable for low pressure application such as open drains, deck drains, and other services of similar nature having pressures up to 7 Barg (100 Psig) and temperatures up to 65oC (150 oF). This product sub-series is accredited with ABS, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register type approvals.

FIBERBOND® (20HV-C) – Is identical to (20HV) sub-series, However, with the addition of having an electrically conductive exterior. This product sub-series is accredited with the same accreditations as 20HV.
