Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion is an inherent fact of mining environments which cost mining operations vast sums of money if repair and replacement of pipelines. FPI GRE-RTR composite pipes can be supplied with highly abrasion resistant liners to cope with the most abrasive of applications. FPI’s Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) not only has excellent abrasion resistant but and be rapidly deployed and recovered in temporary applications.

High Strength-to-Weight Ratio

Typically located in areas with challenge terrain ease of installation with minimal equipment is paramount in pipeline design. GRE-RTR and TCP products are lightweight yet possess high strength. This is beneficial for ease of handling during transportation and installation.
