WAVISTRONG® H₂O Series

WAVISTRONG® H₂O series pipes are flexible, corrosion resistant and styrene free, developed primarily for the potable water transmission and distribution networks.

WAVISTRONG® H₂O series pipes are manufactured using a continuous filament winding technique that combines Glass Reinforced Epoxy resin (GRE), with a fiberglass-reinforcement and, when required, a pure silica sand filler.

This custom technique gives the finished pipe a resin-rich reinforced liner, a strong structural wall and a resin-rich exterior layer.

WAVISTRONG® H₂O series pipes are NSF and WRAS certified for potable water application. Other local accreditations and certification are available as well.

Product Range

WAVISTRONG® H₂O series pipes and fittings range from 3” (DN 80 mm) to 48” (DN 1200 mm) in diameter, and designed to withstand pressures up to 32 Barg (465 Psig) and temperatures up to 85^oC (185 ^oF).

Applications

WAVISTRONG® H₂O series is the ideal pipe system for WRAS/NSF-61 approved drinking water, raw water and domestic water applications in both underground and above ground installations. The typical applications include but not limited to:
