Global Expertise, Local Impact: FPI in Indonesia

Future Pipe Industries is proud to announce the successful completion of a major project in Indonesia, delivered in collaboration with PT Pertamina Energy Terminal (PET) as part of the East Java Refrigerated LPG Terminal Development Project (Phase‑2), located in Tuban, East Java.

This project marks an important milestone for FPI in supplying advanced composite piping solutions for critical fire water and sea water systems, with all pipes manufactured in FPI Egypt and delivered to Indonesia, a clear demonstration of our global manufacturing and delivery capabilities.

Why advanced composite pipes?

For this refrigerated LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) terminal and jetty infrastructure, GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) piping provides a reliable and long‑term alternative to carbon steel, delivering measurable benefits across the asset lifecycle:
• Optimized Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through corrosion‑free performance
• Enhanced safety for critical fire water systems
• Excellent resistance to seawater, bio‑fouling, and marine growth
• Lightweight design, enabling faster and safer installation in remote jetty locations
• Zero corrosion‑related maintenance, supporting long‑term operational reliability

Beyond product performance, this project reflects the value of working with FPI: proven engineering expertise, global manufacturing strength, reliable logistics, and close collaboration with clients on complex energy infrastructure projects.
