At FPI, we believe in investing in the future.
Proudly standing by our commitment to fostering talent and ensuring seamless succession planning, we are happy to spotlight the success of our Future Class Program (FCP) designed to provide fresh graduates with a unique entry point into their careers at FPI, through a comprehensive one-year on-site training where our engineers immerse themselves in every facet of our plants.
A year ago, we welcomed: Reem Mikati, Yasser Adhami, Omar Bou Kais, and Basel Mneimneh - into the FPI family as Trainee Engineers through the Future Class Program. Over the past 12 months, their dedication led them through rigorous training, mastering our operations and gaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry.
On January 11, they graduated, presenting their learnings and achievements in front of all department heads. Their hard work not only marks the successful completion of the program but also allow them to move into their permanent roles within FPI.
As we celebrate their success, we eagerly look forward to welcoming more aspiring engineers into the FPI family through the Future Class Program. Together, we will continue to grow, innovate, and shape the future of our industry.
