Our Future Class Graduate Program recruits, trains and places college graduates from various global universities in a one-year program covering all areas of the business.
As part of the program, Abdulaziz A. Sundokji, Abdullah Musalami & Mohammed Alkhahtami presented their final reports to the steering committee consisting of Dirk Matthys, Chief Operating Officer, Sameer Abu Hannun, Chief Technology Officer, Alpay Gulcan, General Manager - Operations, Omar Abou Ibrahim, Senior General Manager - Operations GCC, Philip Ayoub, General Manager - Field Services, Joseph Ghannoum, Senior General Manager- People & Culture and the Project Steering Team. The presentation and the final reports emphasized their understanding of our products, processes, departments, plant operations and individual on the job training.
