New Project Awarded for supplying Wavistrong GRE pipelines in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – Future Pipe Industries (FPI) is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a major project to supply Wavistrong GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipelines for 520 wells in Dubai.

This is a significant achievement for our company. Moreover, this project presents unique challenges, but our innovative GRE pipeline solutions have proven to be the most effective and efficient for our client’s needs.

We have successfully converted the client’s specifications from conventional carbon steel (CS) pipelines to advanced Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) composite pipelines.

This accomplishment was no small feat. Over the course of more than two years, our technical, production, and site teams worked tirelessly to overcome the challenges posed by the consultant and the end user.

By introducing a special product designed to meet all technical requirements, we were able to demonstrate the superior performance and long-term value of GRE pipelines for this project.

Project summary:

  • Recovery Wells – 369 Nos. – Which will be used for suction line with GRE pipeline fitted with submersible pump on bottom. The depth of the wells is various from 70 meter to 99 meter.
  • Dual Purpose Wells – 108 Nos. – Which is designed for both suction and filling the reservoir. The GRE pipeline will be used for suction whereas the filling will be taking place with flexible house.
  • Monitoring Wells – 43 Nos. – The installation of 43 wells for monitoring system has been completed. Those wells are designed to monitor the level of the water. The water level detection system will be installed through the PVC pipeline.
