Earlier today we partnered with Boomerang Bags who work to reduce plastic consumption - one bag at a time!
Boomerang Bags make reusable bags from donated fabrics. Over 1,500 bags have been made in Dubai to date and are in use. Worldwide over 20 thousand bags have been made in 860 communities, saving over 62 thousand kilograms of waste from going to landfill.
We were delighted to send a team of volunteers to help cut, iron, pin and sew in order to make sure more reusable bags are produced and go into action.
