Congratulations to our recent Graduate Engineers who have graduated from our Future Class Program and have moved to their designated fields of work.
Our Future Class Graduate Program recruits, trains and places college graduates from various global universities in a one-year program covering all areas of the business. Past recruits have come from a range of universities, giving us a wide and dynamic talent pool. In 2018 we welcomed Samer Mohanna, Mohammad Hammoud and Mohamad El Itani who have now graduated from the Future Class program and are working as Site Service Engineer II, Abu Dhabi, Technical Engineer, KSA and Production Engineer, Dubai respectively.
As part of the program, our Trainee Engineers presented their final report to the Future Class steering committee consisting of our CEO, Executive Vice President, Global Technology and a wide project team. The presentation and the final report emphasized their understanding of our products, processes, departments, plant operations as well as individual on-the-job training.
The Future Class program aims to provide a road map for personal and professional growth for the recent graduates. It is also the basis for our succession planning initiatives, allowing graduates to grow within the organization as well as ensuring we maintain a world-class group of employees able to meet our current and future business goals.
We wish them the very best of luck in their career with Future Pipe Industries and we look forward to their ongoing contributions to the business!
