Future Pipe Industries Announces Appointment of Sara Boueri as Chief Human Resources Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Boueri as FPI Group New Chief Human Resources Officer.

Sara is an Honours Graduate with a Psychology Degree from the University of Sydney with an extensive experience in HR, having worked at local, multinationals and Government organizations to help them transform their culture into a Great Place to Work Certified Organizations.

Not only is she an expert in all things HR, but she is also a Leader when it comes to transforming a company’s culture.

Her employee experience, culture and wellbeing has awarded her multiple recognitions such as: Top 20 HR Leaders in the Middle East by peopleHum in 2021, HR Leadership, Innovation and Vision from the World Travel & Tourism Council in 2021 and Woman Leader of the Year by GCC Gov. Award in 2022 to name a few.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sara will be responsible for all aspects of FPIG’s people, culture, and the employee experience. Her focus will be to drive the relevant people and culture initiatives to support our organization capability worldwide. Sara will focus on strengthening the company’s culture and HR practices besides building a future ready organization.
