WSAA PRODUCT APPRAISAL CERTIFICATE Future Pipe Industries LLC Fiberstrong® Filament Wound Glass Reinforced Thermoplastic (GRP) Pressure and Non-pressure Pipe for Sewerage (DN 80 – DN 3000) This appraisal addresses Future Pipe Industries Fiberstrong filament wound GRP pipes suitable for pressure and non-pressure sewerage applications.
The pipes are manufactured in accordance with AS 3571.1 – Plastics piping systems – Glass-reinforced thermoplastics (GRP) systems based on unsaturated polyester (UP) resin – Pressure and non-pressure drainage and sewerage (ISO 10467:2004, MOD.) with pressure classifications from PN 1 to PN 32 and diameters ranging from DN 80 to DN 3000. Nominal pipe stiffnesses range from SN2500 to SN20000. Fiberstrong pipes for sewer applications are supplied in standard lengths of 2.75, 5.8 or 11.8m. The spigot dimensions of Fiberstrong GRP pipe are Ductile Iron OD compatible for corresponding DN’s.
